Hello, this is my backyard gym that I assembled for when my local gym is closed and I want to get in after-hours workout. I am not the property owner, but the gym equipment is mine and I must be present to supervise clients’ usage of gym. Bathroom is also available inside house for visitors. Equipment within fenced gym area includes but is not limited to*:
Marcy Bench Press with Olympic barbell and arm/leg curl attachments
Squat Rack with Olympic barbell and cable pulleys
Dip station/pullup tower
Ab coaster
Kettlebells & dumbbells
Assorted weight plates (1-inch holes & 2-inch hole Olympic plates)
*NOTE: Proform treadmill, exercise bike, ab wheel, Gorilla bar and resistance band sets are also available inside house (not currently pictured).

What is included
- All equipment listed in the fenced gym area and inside the house, as well as grass area.
What is not included
- Anything outside the gym, beyond the grass area or in/on part of the property not listed as exercise equipment.
Gym Rules
- Gym owner must be present during clients' visit and usage of gym.
Price Details
- Service Charges:(per stay)10%
